DAY 1: FES - MIDELT - ERFOUD - RISSANI - DESERT IN MERZOUGA:

We proceed through Azrou's cedar trees, then Midelt and a few Berber settlements until arriving at Ziz Valley in Erfoud. We go to Rissani and then to Merzouga, where we ride camels into a desert camp to celebrate New Year's in Morocco. We'll have dinner over a bonfire while listening to Berber music. After watching the sunset in the desert, we spend the night in desert tents.

DAY 2: MERZOUGA - RISANI - TODRA GORGES - DADES GORGES

We will resume our exclusive New Year's Eve Morocco trip in the morning. We ride camels back to Merzouga hamlet, then travel to Todgha GORGES, then Dades Valley, where we visit the rock formations known as monkey toes. We spent the night in Dades at a small motel.

DAY 3: DADES GORGES - OUARZAZATE - AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH

Our private New Year Morocco trip continues to Kalaat M'Gouna, Skoura, and Ouarzazate, where we visit a local movie studio and then drive to Ait Benhaddou, where we visit a UNESCO kasbah that has used as a setting for films such as Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, and others.
